We're not interested in requiring a particular format/structure, but an autoformatter is a nice tool to have around.

Illicit feedback from maintainers and the community for sane defaults
Implement a standalone command, gxfmt
Integrate gxfmt as gerbil fmt or gerbil format into the omnicommand

We may optionally want to integrate it with the LSP for the textDocument/formatting request.
