Now that the future is present (see #776, #777) we can plan again for the Gerbil19 release:

build and integrate gambit modules; we should have access to all gambit bundled modules and be able to import them at will. This implies a (gambit-in ...) import macro, and of course building them. See #658.
Integrate the two module loaders.
build gerbil core as gambit module artifacts so that it can be loaded in gsi and hook the expander.
build the standard library as gambit module artifacts that can be used by vanilla gambit projects.
